Return Policies:
Please note, our in-store policy is different than our online policy.
All returned merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, accompanied with an original sales receipt. The Narwhal has the right to reject any returns that do not meet these specifications.
All sale, flash sale or promo sale items are FINAL SALE.
Jewelry, sunglasses, intimate and swimwear items are FINAL SALE.
All promo code purchases are considered FINAL SALE.
All Trunk Show purchases are FINAL SALE.
In-Store Purchases:
We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase on regular price merchandise.
Online Purchases:
We offer a full refund on regular price merchandise. Returns must be received in store within 14 days of receiving your shipped order.
For online orders who have selected pick-up in-store, returns are not accepted after 14 days of purchase.
If you would like to return your online purchase, please return in-store or ship item(s) back to us at your earliest convenience, ensuring it is returned within our return policy window. We have the write to reject any returns that arrive outside of the 14 day return policy.
Orders that are not picked up within 6 months of purchase will be donated.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is advised. Please mark your return shipment as a "return item". The Narwhal will not pay duties on any goods being returned, nor will you be refunded for any duties paid. If we do incur duty charges on returned merchandise, this amount will be deducted from refund total. The Narwhal cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
All refunds are in CAD dollars and will be applied directly back onto your original method of payment. Please allow for a few days for processing.
You will be refunded in full for the original amount paid in CAD dollars, however The Narwhal has no control over the current exchange rate at any given time, therefore can not control or change the exchange rate used at the time of purchase and/or refund.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments:
If the price of a regular priced item you recently purchased has been reduced within 7 days of your original purchase, we will happily perform a one-time sale adjustment, in the form of store credit, at your request. The item must still be in stock and must be available in the same color and size. Further reduced sale items are not eligible for a price adjustment. Flash sales are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Out of Stock Items:
During busy times, some items may not be available due to multiple orders being placed within a short time frame. Occasionally some items are unavailable due to variances in our large inventory. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will notify you and ship all available items.
